The Membership Orientations Intake Program was developed in 1990 by Brothers Samuel C. Hamilton, Terry Lee, and Calvin Heard to assist collegiate and alumni chapters in mastering their duties and responsibilities with implementing the Membership Orientation Intake Program.
Our most revered Founder, Elder Watson Diggs, once wrote;
"Chapters attain their highest degree of efficiency when those in control deliberately study and plan for their success. This often involves the reading of books and other discussions of the subject and the application of such modern methods of efficiency as are now being employed in all well-regulated industrial and social institutions.
With this in mind, we have devised a resource manual for our Undergraduate Chapter Advisors, MOIP Coordinators, and members to have at their disposal as a guide to implementing an efficient chapter Membership Orientation Intake Pogram. Time will be needed for the Undergraduate Chapter Advisors and MOIP Coordinators to become familiar with the manual and the implementation of all its directives, guidelines, and instructions.
